      Love this. Tim Kight says O=E+R (Outcome = Experience + Response). I think about this often.

      I love this advice. The irony is, if you take care of people first, the work tends to improve along with the culture… 🙂

    These are great pieces of advice! I guess mine is shaped by the fact that I have felt pulled in so many directions that can feel overwhelming. So – I had a mentor remind me of the old saying that the way to eat an elephant is one bite at a time 🙂
